Dryer Vent Cleaning — 7-Day Guarantee
If airflow through your dryer vent hasn’t improved after cleaning, contact us within 7 days of service. David will return at no charge to check the vent and clear any remaining blockage.
Carpet & Area Rug Cleaning — 5-Day Guarantee
If browning develops or a spot we treated reappears on your wall-to-wall carpet or area rug, contact us within 5 days of cleaning. David will return at no charge to address it.
If you purchased odor removal and the treated odor returns within 5 days, David will return at no charge. To keep the odor removal guarantee in effect, please keep pets out of treated areas for the full 5-day period. Treated areas that pets are allowed to re-enter during that time are excluded from the odor removal guarantee, since pets may urinate in the same spot again.
